In the following literature-based paper. I will talk about the sustainability in hospitality industry. Especially, I aim towards answering my research question: How the sustainability can manage in the hospitality industry? In a present era, hospitality is a growing industry and sustainability is essential for this sector. Through a daily routine activity, in a large amount of waste are generated by this industry. For example, the building materials used for modernization, repairing materials are used for maintenance and paintings for interior and from the technological processes of the kitchen or daily cleaning processes of the common and the guest rooms. In this industry, the idea of sustainability gives a difficulty for that industry. At operational level, the feature stress is consistently a conspicuous usage, from various perspectives, is something contrary to sustainability, however, one viewpoint, the industry continuously would like to pass om sustainability through the two of its advertising messages and client experience.
