The Introduce Ecological Taxes

All products that are made by human kind degrades the living systems of one species or another, in a given ecosystem. The enforcing of ecosystem taxes will hike prices of the most environment degrading pollutants. “If the economy does not internalise the so called ‘external costs’, it will operate inefficiently and market distortion and inefficient economic decision-making will result”. The current taxes on environmental degradations are focused only on specified kinds of pollutants. Human activities create high ecological costs by degrading the living systems ecosystem, resulting in great habitat tempering and losses.

Human beings should not be exempt from paying ecological taxes, because all human actions deteriorates the already degraded state of the ecosystems. Ecological taxes should be an ecological investment that will be allocated to the establishment of man-made ecosystems to rehabilitate and restore, existing and degraded living systems to minimize the premature extinctions. Establishment of Ecological Restoration Projects The first objective of the project will be to identify degraded living systems which poses threats to the habitat and orientation of endangered species in that particular ecosystem.

The ecological tax will be used to fund scientific and technological innovation, for the restoration of degraded ecosystems, by rebuilding lost habitats of existing species.

The other objective of this project will be to construct large-scale man made ecosystems that will accommodate and be adaptive to the extremely endangered species, using the funds raised through the ecological taxes. This ecosystems will be built on unused lands far away from human settlements and should be put on monitored surveillance.

Amend Equal Rights of All Species Human beings are a species and a part of the ecosystem, and they hold the view that they are important than the other species in the biosphere. Mankind established laws of equality, which gave all people equal rights to life. Just as all human beings are a species and have a right to life, so should be for every kind of species that is found in all the living systems of planet. The justice system will be broadened to include every species on the planet, ensuring that all species have the privilege to exist without being harmed or disorientated from their habitats.

Broadly, ecological footprint is the measure of the total area of the biosphere required to provide for human resources and consumptions, and be able to consume the resulting waste. The ecological footprint measures the resource consumptions and waste produced by human beings in the ecosystem. It also measures how these resources that are consumed and the wastes produced, “corresponds” to the land used to produce those resources. The Population Size Variation The population size of India is almost four times bigger than that of the United States, bigger population size countries are often associated with poor standards of living, due to the skewed distribution of resources and consumptions, to the few wealthy individuals in that country.

The Available Land Area Per Capita The total area of India is almost three times lesser than that of the United States, this implies that the available productive land in United States surpasses that of India, which indicate that United States produces much more resources and wastes than India does. According to the observed ratio of population to the area of both countries, it has deducted that, for every single person in the United States, there is more than three hectares of the country’s total area to use. While in India, one person can only have less than one-third hectares of the country’s total area. Poor Economic Development India is typically a developing country, and the economic growth of the country is outpaced by the needs and wants of the growing population.

This creates a deficit in the country’s ability to provide goods and services, and improve the standards of living for all the population. Inadequate providence of such goods and services creates less resource production and waste, and therefore the environmental impact of India is lesser than that of United States. Wealth and Income Inequalities United States boasts with one of the big and leading GDP and GDP per capita in the world, which creates income and revenue opportunities for most of its citizen. This shows an evenly distribution of the economic participation to most average individual citizen. Affluence creates a demand for an individual, to want more resources than they need.
